2017 Student Production Awards
The Southeast EMMY® Chapter is proud to present the Student Production Awards. These awards encourage the pursuit of excellence in video production and focuses public attention on outstanding achievements produced by high school students. Online Entries will be accepted starting February 1, 2017
Production Eligibility: March 15, 2016 – March 14, 2017
Newscast, Arts & Entertainment, Music Video, Long Form Fiction/Non-Fiction, Sports, Public Service, Commercial, Animation/Graphics, Audio/Sound, Director, Editor, Photographer, Talent, Writing and Video Essay.
All Southeast regional recipients will automatically advance to a national competition. Winners of the National awards will be announced in the fall of 2017. For more information visit the website: http://emmyonline.org/nationalstudent
Entry Deadline: Sunday, March 19, 2017
The entry process is online, including uploading entries and online judging. Please see the Official Call for Entries to review rules, submission requirements and category details.
What do you need to get ready to submit? Here is a quick checklist before going online:
- Name of Entry
- Submitting Organization (School)
- Submitter (Teacher, Advisor)
- Entrants (Students who were hands-on with this entry)
- Date Entry aired (format 01-01-2015)
- Length of Entry
- Description/Precis (not required but suggested)
- Entry Video (formats accepted flv, vp6, mp4, mov)
- Credit Card for Payment
